Brut

Name: Brut classic method sparkling white wine, obtained from the fine blend of local wines of the previous and current year – Aged for 36 months. After 36 months, the lees are removed and the wine is topped up

Harvest period: first ten days of September. The harvest takes place about 10 days earlier than the other vines in order to give the acidity required for this type of product

Alcohol content: 12,5% VOL

Sensory notes:

  • Colour: amber yellow colour
  • Aroma: fresh, fruity, persistent and balanced bouquet
  • Taste: fresh, balanced and persistent on the palate
